6. No guarantees of specific results
Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (algorithms, competition, market conditions, client product-market fit). We commit to professional skill and care; we do not guarantee specific rankings, revenue, or lead volumes unless explicitly written in a Service Agreement.
7. Confidentiality
Each party should protect the other’s confidential information. NDAs may be executed separately. Public case studies require client approval unless already public.
8. Disclaimers
Website content is for general information and may change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that all content is complete or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
